How to Care for Your Skin During Winter and the Holidays

The weather outside is frightful and so is the crowd at the mall.

With the holidays upon us it’s easy to get caught up in a frenetic schedule where our personal needs take a back seat to a crazy calendar of holiday parties, out-of-town travel and endless shopping lists.  Although we are all vulnerable to the annual holiday rush, it’s important to exhale and care for our personal health and hygiene. This includes our established skin care routine.

To Maintain Healthy Skin, Follow These Tips:

1.    Stick with Your Regular Routine

Our calendars this time of year are filled with activities and events typically non-existent during any other month. Our schedules become chaotic, with long-distance travel visiting relatives and more. Despite these fluctuations, it’s important to adhere to our regular and typical routine as much as possible.

For instance, if you cleanse, exfoliate and use toner nightly, continue - even if you’re not in your own environment.
